Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a visionary Staff AI Engineer for a full-time remote position, who will architect and develop the core infrastructure for the AI orchestrator "Maestro," integrating AI agents into product and operational systems while optimizing engineering operations.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain the core infrastructure for the central AI orchestrator and its connected execution agents
• Lead the integration of AI agents into core product and operational infrastructure, managing the full lifecycle from containerization to deployment
• Establish production-grade monitoring and logging for complex workflows within the EngOps ecosystem to track performance and optimize operations

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, with a strong background in infrastructure and systems development, including 2 years in production-grade AI applications
• Exceptional expertise in Python and deep knowledge of System Architecture and core LLM APIs
• Proven experience implementing complex agentic systems, including RAG and advanced memory/state management
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently in an early-stage squad environment
• Hands-on experience or active experimentation with Open CLAW, Hermes, or advanced open-source AI Agent frameworks is a plus
