Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

To architect and operationalize scalable generative AI solutions, the full-time Staff AI Engineer will collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to design end-to-end AI/ML pipelines while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Operationalize GenAI applications and lead the design and deployment of production-grade LLM and ML pipelines
• Architect scalable data and AI workflows on platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks, integrating AI models with data lakehouse systems
• Define and implement CI/CD pipelines for GenAI and ML services, ensuring best practices in MLOps/LLMOps are followed

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field; equivalent work experience is acceptable
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on architecting and scaling production LLM/GenAI systems
• Experience with Snowflake or Databricks for data processing or AI/ML workloads
• Proven track record in MLOps/LLMOps, including CI/CD pipeline automation and model serving
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in processing high-volume datasets using big data tools
