Staff AI Engineer
Job Summary
To define the technical foundation for AI agents, the full-time remote Staff AI Acceleration Engineer will establish architecture, technical strategy, and platform design, enabling teams to build trusted AI solutions on governed data.
Key responsibilities
- Define architecture and technical strategy for the AI Agent Factory, including frameworks and deployment standards
- Design the server architecture and data access layer for secure integration of large language models with enterprise data
- Establish governance patterns for responsible AI deployment and create evaluation frameworks for agent performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, data engineering, or AI engineering
- Experience architecting and delivering production-grade AI platforms or LLM-powered applications
- Deep knowledge of securely connecting LLMs to structured data through APIs and governance frameworks
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with expertise in building scalable, reliable distributed systems
