Staff AI Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with a cross-functional team, the full-time Staff AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered products remotely, focusing on foundational model training and large language model optimization.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and product managers to deliver AI solutions that enhance customer interactions
- Develop and support AI software components, including model training and evaluation
- Introduce optimization techniques to improve the performance and scalability of AI systems
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI with 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6 years of experience
- At least 8 years of programming experience in Python, Go, Scala, or Java
- Experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms
- Proven ability to design and support complex AI systems
- Strong foundation in engineering and mathematics with expertise in AI technologies
