Staff AI Engineer
Job Summary
Collaborating with a cross-functional team, the full-time Staff AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI software components for an enterprise analysis platform, leveraging advanced technologies in a remote-eligible role.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with engineers, research scientists, and product managers to deliver AI-powered products that enhance customer interactions
- Design, develop, test, and support AI software components including model training and evaluation
- Invent and implement optimization techniques to improve the performance and scalability of large-scale AI systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI with at least 8 years of experience in AI and ML development, or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of experience
- Minimum of 8 years of programming experience with Python, Go, Scala, or Java
- Experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
- Proven ability to architect and support complex AI systems
- Strong foundation in engineering and mathematics with expertise in hardware, software, and AI
