Staff AI Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with a cross-functional team, the full-time Staff AI Engineer will design, develop, and support AI software components while leveraging advanced AI technologies in a remote-eligible role.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver AI-powered products by collaborating with engineers, research scientists, and product managers
- Design and implement AI software components, including model training and evaluation
- Introduce optimization techniques for large-scale production AI systems to enhance performance and scalability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or AI with at least 8 years of experience in AI and ML, or a Master's degree with at least 6 years of experience
- Minimum of 8 years of programming experience in Python, Go, Scala, or Java
- Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
- Strong foundation in engineering and mathematics with expertise in AI technologies
