Job Summary
Driving innovation in AI systems, the full-time Staff Agentic AI Engineer will design and implement scalable agentic systems for marketing automation, working remotely to enhance customer experiences through advanced AI technologies.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, build, and improve production-grade AI agentic systems for web and chat experiences
- Architect agent workflows involving reasoning, tool use, and performance monitoring
- Evaluate emerging agent orchestration patterns for marketing-oriented use cases
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics)
- 5-7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering and AI systems development
- 3-5 years of experience applying AI and machine learning in the marketing space
- Strong Python engineering skills with experience in scalable production software systems
- Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain
