Staff AI Engineer
Job Summary
Hands-on and deeply technical, the full-time Staff AI Engineer will architect and implement secure, scalable frameworks for autonomous AI agents while collaborating remotely with a high-caliber team to drive innovation in the Agentic AI space.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and design foundational components for production-grade AI systems, ensuring reliability and performance
- Lead the technical roadmap for agent management, from discovery and provisioning to task orchestration and retirement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge agentic capabilities into production environments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

- Experience with cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, and infrastructure design for scalability and security
