Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI Implementation Engineer to lead AI-powered automation initiatives across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows to address business challenges
• Lead the creation of a custom Agent Harness and develop high-code solutions for complex use cases
• Implement monitoring frameworks and governance policies for AI agents to ensure reliability and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, or ML engineering
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML applications in a production environment
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with at least one cloud AI/ML platform
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and low-code automation platforms
• Ability to work cross-functionally and an entrepreneurial mindset
