Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technology transformation by designing solutions that reshape client operations using AI tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce design deliverables such as journey maps and prototypes
• Create production-ready designs using generative AI and maintain AI-augmented design systems

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UX/product design with a strong portfolio
• Hands-on proficiency with AI design tools, demonstrated in a portfolio
• Proficiency with core design tools, particularly Figma
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong understanding of AI's strengths and limitations in design contexts
