Staff AI Researcher

Job Summary

To improve health outcomes through technology, the remote Staff AI Researcher will develop advanced AI solutions, collaborate with engineering and analytics teams, and build prototypes using large medical data sets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI models to enhance healthcare delivery and prevent hospitalizations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing products and workflows
• Design evaluation metrics and feature engineering pipelines to optimize model performance

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
• Six years of experience in machine learning and statistical analysis
• Three years of experience with deep learning and large language models
• Proficiency in Python and experience with large-scale distributed systems
• Experience addressing challenges related to incomplete and mislabeled data
