Job Summary
Providing technical, data, and AI-solution expertise throughout the sales cycle, the full-time Staff AI Sales Engineer will partner with Sales to assist life sciences clients in transforming their workflows and achieving commercial outcomes through Komodo's AI-powered analytics and software solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to identify technical, data, and AI requirements for life sciences clients during discovery
- Design and present tailored solutions that leverage Komodo's Healthcare Map and AI capabilities to meet client objectives
- Run live technical demonstrations and address ad-hoc questions to provide immediate, relevant answers
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management within life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors
- Deep familiarity with BioPharma functional areas and their workflows, particularly regarding data and budget considerations
- Hands-on experience building or experimenting with AI agents and applications, demonstrating a builder mentality
- Strong understanding of healthcare claims, real-world data, and proficiency in SQL and Python
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical and AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
