Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff AI Scientist - AI Products / Life Sciences.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and lead the development of AI-intensive projects from research to production-ready design
• Design and train state-of-the-art models utilizing multi-modal data, including pathology slides and genomic profiles
• Develop AI solutions to support biomarker discovery and therapy outcome prediction while ensuring regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of industry experience in developing machine learning models from research to deployment
• Expertise in large-scale deep learning and production-grade model training; experience in medical AI is preferred
• Strong track record of peer-reviewed publications in machine learning or computer vision
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks, with strong product-level coding skills
