Job Summary

Focused on advancing large-scale foundation models for precision medicine, the full-time Staff AI Scientist will design, train, and implement state-of-the-art models using extensive clinical and molecular datasets while working remotely in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a senior individual contributor, providing technical leadership and shaping model architecture and research direction
• Design and advance foundation models across large-scale multimodal clinical and molecular data
• Develop and adapt models for clinical and life sciences applications, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of industry experience in developing machine learning models from research to production
• Expertise in large-scale deep learning and foundation model development, with knowledge of multimodal modeling
• Strong track record of impactful research demonstrated through peer-reviewed publications
• Proficiency in Python and modern deep learning frameworks, with strong coding skills for model development
