Staff AI Security Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing Information Security & Risk team, the remote Staff AI Security Engineer will manage AI security initiatives, collaborate on security architecture, and drive enhancements to protect against AI-based threats.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex security initiatives across the organization's infrastructure and applications
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to design and deploy scalable security solutions
• Advise on AI security strategies and implement guardrails to minimize risks associated with AI usage

Required qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in security engineering, application security, or related fields
• Proven ability to transform security challenges into structured project plans and execute them
• Deep expertise in AI security, including knowledge of AWS services and security protocols
• Strong background in software engineering is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Security is preferred
