Staff AI Security Scientist

Job Summary

Leading the research agenda for agentic AI systems in a full-time remote role, the Staff AI Security Scientist will set scientific direction, drive original research on efficient models for security workflows, and establish rigorous evaluation methodologies for next-generation security products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the research agenda for autonomous AI systems across cybersecurity use cases, shaping the team's research and conducting experiments
• Drive original research on efficient models, including post-training techniques and data curation strategies, while personally leading experimental work on complex problems
• Establish evaluation, verification, and validation methodologies for models and systems, including benchmarks and adversarial evaluation protocols

Required qualifications

• MS or PhD in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar quantitative field
• 10+ years of experience in data science, ML/DL, or AI with a focus on large-scale data problems
• Hands-on expertise in modern LLM post-training techniques
• Demonstrated research contributions to or experience building agentic systems
• Strong evaluation discipline in designing or validating methodologies
