Staff AI Software Engineer
Job Summary
To support a dynamic and collaborative team, the full-time remote Staff AI Software Engineer will design and enhance software, focusing on building and deploying AI agents across various domains while driving technical and architectural decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and ship agentic workflows, including research and coding assistants, conversational agents, and workflow automation bots
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI agents, from data ingestion to evaluation and monitoring
- Architect systems using modern agent stacks and build robust retrieval pipelines and microservices
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in computer science or a related field
- 8+ years of experience as a developer, with at least 2 years in AI development
- Strong understanding of the software development process and lifecycle
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with LLMs and agent frameworks
