Staff AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance efficiency and productivity, the full-time remote Staff Forward Deployed AI Solutions Engineer will work directly within a business domain to identify and implement AI-driven workflows, build and deploy automation solutions, and manage performance metrics in production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Map existing and potential workflows to identify opportunities for AI and automation integration
• Design future-state workflows, defining roles for agents and humans, and ensuring reliable data flow
• Build and manage automation pipelines, track agent performance, and iterate on workflows based on KPIs

Required qualifications

• Hands-on technical fluency with CLIs, APIs, SQL, Python scripting, and cloud platforms
• Experience with enterprise agentic platforms or model APIs
• Strong technical and process judgment with a focus on outcomes and KPIs
• Trustworthy with elevated access, understanding least-privilege and auditability principles
• Background in product management, solutions engineering, or technical operations is preferred
