Staff AI Transformation Program Manager

Job Summary

To drive enterprise-wide AI-focused business process transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Staff AI Transformation Program Manager will manage operational scalability, efficiency, and governance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategic improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and operate the AI Transformation and Business Process Excellence program, including governance models and executive reporting
• Lead complex cross-functional initiatives to improve operational workflows and reduce friction across the organization
• Develop and maintain process documentation and analytics frameworks to enhance operational insights and performance metrics

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or enterprise transformation roles
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale cross-functional programs within complex organizations
• Demonstrated experience in designing and operating governance or PMO frameworks
• Strong expertise in documenting and redesigning business processes using methodologies like BPMN and value stream mapping
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
