Job Summary
As a full-time Staff Analyst, AI, the successful candidate will provide strategic analytics support for AI product initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally to measure performance and influence product decisions in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide thought leadership and strategic partnership to AI Product stakeholders, influencing roadmap and investment decisions with data-driven insights
- Own experimentation strategy for AI product launches, including test design, success metrics, and results interpretation
- Define and validate metrics frameworks for new AI product use cases, translating business questions into rigorous metrics within a complex data environment
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, particularly for AI/ML-driven products
- Expert SQL skills and advanced experience with Looker or Tableau
- Strong knowledge of experimental design and statistical inference, including causal inference techniques
