Staff Analyst - Operational Analytics

Job Summary

To support the Finance & Strategy team, the remote Staff Analyst - Operational Analytics will own analytical frameworks for key business drivers, translating leadership objectives into structured projects while leading the development of business cases and providing insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate leadership objectives into structured analytical projects with defined milestones
• Design and standardize reporting methodologies to ensure unified logic across operational functions
• Serve as the primary analytical consultant for department heads, prioritizing initiatives based on data-driven potential

Required Qualifications

• Several years of experience in personal lines insurance analytics (Homeowners and Auto preferred)
• Expert-level SQL skills and experience in building predictive models and leveraging AI
• Advanced LookerStudio expertise in creating executive reporting suites
• Degree in a quantitative field; CPCU or progress toward actuarial exams is a strong plus
• Proven ability to manage vague projects and create structure independently
