Job Summary
To optimize sales performance, the full-time remote Staff Analyst, Sales Analytics will manage the development and maintenance of analytical systems that enhance prospect scoring, territory alignment, and lead allocation while delivering actionable insights to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Continuously improve prospect lead scoring models and analyze dial strategies to maximize sales rep efficiency
- Design and evaluate territory alignment and lead allocation strategies to ensure optimal prospect assignment
- Build and maintain comprehensive sales performance reporting to identify performance gaps and coaching opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 8+ years of analytical experience in sales analytics or revenue operations, preferably in an outbound sales or call center environment
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python or R
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Hands-on experience with predictive models that inform sales workflows or CRM systems
