A company is looking for a Staff Analyst, Small Dollar Loan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of data-driven strategies for the Small Dollar Loan product
• Collaborate with Product and GM to shape product roadmaps and business strategies
• Design, build, and maintain analytics frameworks to measure product performance and user behavior

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a related quantitative role, preferably in fintech or lending
• BS in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science)
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (or R) for data analysis
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design
• Ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner
