Staff Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

Partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Product, and Go-to-Market teams, the full-time Staff Analytics Engineer will design scalable dbt data models, build intuitive Looker dashboards, and integrate data from various SaaS applications to transform complex datasets into actionable insights in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and evolve scalable dbt data models that accurately represent company KPIs and business metrics
• Develop and maintain intuitive Looker dashboards that enable stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure reliable, high-quality data is available for reporting and analysis

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, analytics engineering, or a similar data-focused role using SQL
• 2+ years of experience working with dbt and Looker in a production environment
• Strong experience designing, building, and optimizing scalable dbt models and Looker dashboards
• Advanced SQL and analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience owning the end-to-end analytics lifecycle, including data modeling and delivery of trusted reporting
