Staff Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
As a full-time Staff Analytics Engineer, the successful candidate will architect scalable data pipelines and models, lead enterprise-wide data strategies, and drive data governance while collaborating with technical and cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Architect scalable data models and construct high-quality ELT pipelines using technologies like Airflow, DBT, and Databricks
- Design and launch self-serve analytics products that align with business outcomes and enhance data discovery
- Lead technical initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning and data literacy across the organization
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in data/analytics engineering with expertise in data architecture and pipelines
- Expert experience with AWS, Databricks, Delta Lake, Airflow, and dbt, with a preference for Databricks
- Proficient in crafting self-service reporting solutions using BI tools, preferably Looker or Sigma
- Strong experience implementing Data Observability frameworks at an enterprise level
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and their application in data processing and democratization
