Staff Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
To shape data architecture and enhance analytics capabilities, the full-time Staff Analytics Engineer will design dbt models, build self-service analytics tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and evolve high-scale dbt models and architecture standards for data products
- Build and implement agent-safe infrastructure to ensure accurate data querying
- Develop natural-language-driven self-service analytics experiences for users
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in analytics engineering or a related data role
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for building reusable tooling and automation
- Advanced experience with dbt, including team practices around testing and documentation
- Experience with cloud data warehousing solutions like AWS Athena, Snowflake, or Databricks
- Knowledge of the healthcare tech industry and/or medical/pharmacy claims is a plus
