Staff Android Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Android Full Stack Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality, scalable software
• Execute end-to-end technical implementation of complex features and systems
• Mentor junior engineers and drive improvements in software quality and team standards

Required Qualifications

• 6-7 years of experience building scalable Android apps and backend microservices in Kotlin
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin, including coroutines and flows
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated release management
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and reactive programming patterns
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance development processes
