To build a world-class trading app on Android, the full-time Staff Android Engineer will set the technical direction, own architectural decisions, and develop features that enhance user engagement in a hybrid work environment.

- Set the technical direction for Android, making and owning architectural decisions
- Build and maintain Android features, ensuring high performance and reliability
- Operate as a technical leader, influencing engineering practices and standards across the team
Required qualifications
- Significant Android engineering experience with a track record of shaping platforms at scale
- Strong expertise in Kotlin and experience with Jetpack Compose for production UI
- Experience owning CI/CD pipelines and Gradle build configuration end-to-end
- Solid understanding of modern Android architecture and the ability to evolve it as the product scales
- Active use of AI tools in the development workflow
