Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Application Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues across applications and services
- Act as a senior escalation point for Level 2 support and lead incident response activities
- Identify and automate repetitive support activities to improve operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in application support or support engineering roles
- Deep experience with ITSM practices and incident management workflows
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira Service Management or similar platforms
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex SaaS systems across various layers
- Experience designing or working with alerting and monitoring systems
