Staff Applications Developer

Job Summary

Experienced in IBM Maximo, the full-time Staff Applications Developer will design, develop, and support applications on the Maximo platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into Maximo-based solutions
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
• Build and support integrations with enterprise systems using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and Maximo Integration Framework

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience, or a PhD with 2-4 years of experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture and integration frameworks
• Experience with complex BIRT reports and REST/JSON integrations
