Staff Applications Developer - IBM Maximo

Job Summary

Analyzing complex business challenges, the full-time salaried Staff Applications Developer - IBM Maximo will design, develop, and support applications on the IBM Maximo platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring others.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Maximo-based solutions to address business needs
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
• Enhance Maximo through configurations, workflows, and customizations while troubleshooting application issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 8-12 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 5-7 years of experience
• Extensive experience with IBM Maximo, including implementation, configuration, and customization
• Proficiency in Python, Jython, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for automation and integrations
• Strong understanding of Maximo architecture, including Application Designer and integration frameworks
• Experience with REST/JSON integrations across enterprise systems
