Staff Applications Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Staff Applications Engineer, GTM Systems, the full-time role will lead the design and implementation of AI-native GTM systems, collaborating with executive leadership to drive strategy and operational excellence across platforms like Salesforce and Marketo.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable GTM systems, embedding AI principles into workflows and architecture
• Own the architecture of Salesforce and adjacent platforms, maximizing automation and business impact
• Drive GTM systems strategy and roadmap development through collaboration with executive stakeholders, applying data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Engineering, Business Systems, or a related technical field
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Clay, and Marketo
• Demonstrated experience building AI-enabled workflows and business systems
• Proven ability to solve complex business challenges using first principles problem solving
• Strong experience leveraging metrics and analytics to influence priorities and evaluate outcomes
