Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Applied AI Engineer for their Auggie Platform, working remotely in the US.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build systems for multi-agent orchestration and execution of complex business workflows
• Create automation layers for agent-driven workflows with structured data models and human-in-the-loop reviews
• Architect systems to auto-generate user interfaces from agent outputs for non-technical users

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in senior or staff-level roles
• Production experience with multi-agent or agentic AI systems
• Deep familiarity with LLM integration patterns and agent orchestration frameworks
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals, including TypeScript/Node.js and distributed systems
• Experience with MCP servers or LLM-based validation is a plus
