Job Summary

Seeking a Staff Applied AI Engineer to join the Applied AI function in a full-time remote role, responsible for owning a business domain, building AI solutions end-to-end, and establishing reusable patterns to enhance team productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Own and map workflows within a specific business domain, prioritizing AI opportunities for development
• Develop and implement the most challenging use cases from prototype to production, ensuring measurable impact
• Create reusable assets from successful builds to streamline future projects and enhance team collaboration

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in owning a product area or domain with a demonstrated ability to define and execute roadmaps
• Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered solutions to real users in multiple contexts
• Strong proficiency in AI tools such as Claude and OpenAI, with a solid understanding of current frameworks and orchestration
• Technical expertise in application engineering, with experience in building and shipping production applications
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from operators to executives
