Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Associate to manage and support ministry activities within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personal and leadership growth plans within the ministry
• Engage in direct ministry activities, including leading clubs and discipleship programs
• Manage fundraising efforts and maintain relationships with donors and community leaders

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in direct ministry
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
• College degree preferred
• Training in ministry skills and leadership development is required within the first two years
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
