Staff Associate - California

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Associate to grow middle school and high school ministry in the Indio/Coachella area.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Area Director to develop and implement a ministry plan for Coachella Valley High School
• Lead and participate in direct ministry activities such as club, campaigners, and outreach at local schools
• Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders to enhance middle school outreach efforts

Required Qualifications

• A healthy, growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and active participation in a local church
• A passion for middle school and high school ministry
• Experience as a Young Life volunteer leader or equivalent
• Proven relational and leadership abilities with youth and adults
• Willingness to raise personal financial support and commit to a two to three-year tenure
