Key Responsibilities

• Lead spiritual development and maintain relationships within the Young Life community
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteer leaders while developing a yearly ministry strategy
• Engage in direct ministry activities and manage fundraising events

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in direct ministry
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults
• College degree preferred
• Completion of core training phases within the first two years
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
