Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Attorney to support its Legal Department remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, update, and negotiate client agreements and legal documents
Advise on privacy, data protection matters, and legislative developments
Provide legal research and support for litigation and dispute resolution

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in legal research, writing, and document review
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed in good standing
Prior experience in contract review, employee benefits, or labor & employment law is a plus
General business acumen with a consultative approach to legal and compliance
Proficiency with Microsoft products and systems
