Staff Attorney, Gender Justice

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Attorney, Gender Justice & Health Equity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and prepare reports and advocacy materials on reproductive rights, transgender rights, and health equity
• Engage in legislative analysis and advocacy in collaboration with grassroots partners
• Coordinate with pro bono attorneys and manage projects related to health equity

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3-5 years of progressive legal experience in policy or litigation, preferably in a nonprofit context
• Working knowledge of gender justice and health equity issues
• Demonstrated commitment to the mission of promoting bodily autonomy and justice
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
