Job Summary

Providing specialized legal expertise remotely, the full-time Staff Attorney (Licensed in State) will analyze and dispute denied insurance claims, draft persuasive appeals, and collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance revenue cycle management outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and dispute denied insurance claims by drafting effective administrative appeals
• Draft comprehensive appeal components addressing contractual, regulatory, and statutory issues
• Collaborate with analysts, clinicians, and operations specialists on complex cases to support denial resolution strategies

Required qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution
• Bar admission preferred but not required for strong candidates
• 0-2 years of healthcare experience; revenue cycle management exposure is a plus
• Outstanding written communication skills with a focus on persuasive argumentation
