Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in staffing recruitment and business development
- Proven experience in full desk staff augmentation recruitment for roles in Cloud, Security, Data and Analytics, and Managed Services
- Strong financial and business acumen with an understanding of multi-faceted business operations
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across various teams
