Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and secure staffing augmentation business opportunities with clients
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients to deliver resource solutions that meet their objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and manage staff augmentation placements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, strongly preferred
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in staffing recruitment and business development
  • Proven experience in full desk staff augmentation recruitment for roles in Cloud, Security, Data and Analytics, and Managed Services
  • Strong financial and business acumen with an understanding of multi-faceted business operations
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across various teams
