Staff Backend Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to architect and develop robust ad servers and ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape the technical direction of the Ads AdServer and Exchange platform to support high-volume events
• Drive architectural decisions to improve system resiliency and performance across distributed environments
• Lead complex technical initiatives and mentor senior engineers to enhance organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Java and multi-threaded system design
• Familiarity with AdTech ecosystems and experience integrating third-party partners
• Proven ability to architect and operate high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems
• Experience in cloud-native environments, ideally AWS
