Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience with large-scale production systems
• Deep proficiency in Rust or an equivalent systems programming language
• Hands-on experience with streaming systems such as Kafka, NATS, or Kinesis
• Proficiency operating databases in production environments
• Strong operational mindset with experience in maintaining production systems
