Job Summary

To lead the architectural vision of an advanced data analytics platform, the permanent remote Staff Backend Engineer will drive technical innovation, collaborate with agile teams, and mentor engineering members while building scalable software systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural evolution and technical direction of the data analytics platform

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Extensive professional backend development experience with complex, data-intensive software systems
• Deep expertise in at least one core programming language, such as Java, Kotlin, Rust, or C++
• Proven history of technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers
• Strong capability with relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL
