Job Summary

Building and scaling robust core platform components, the full-time Staff Backend Engineer will design composable systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive architectural decisions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale core platform components to support high transactional throughput
• Design and architect composable platform components for diverse enterprise use cases
• Collaborate with product and ML engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a backend or platform engineer with a focus on scalable distributed systems
• Expert-level proficiency in Go (Golang) for building highly concurrent systems
• Strong experience in designing and operating complex service-oriented architectures
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments
