Staff Backend Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Software Engineer (Backend).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop capabilities that support credit building products and banking core systems
• Create services and infrastructure that provide essential functions at a large scale
• Collaborate with Product Managers to build tools and systems for servicing financial products

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Fluency in Python/Flask/FastAPI development in a production environment
• Extensive experience with REST APIs and relational databases such as PostgreSQL
• Experience with AWS and container technologies like Docker
