Staff BI Engineer

Job Summary

Driving data solutions independently, the full-time Staff BI Engineer will lead discussions on business KPIs and reporting with stakeholders while working remotely from the EST zone.

Key responsibilities

• Independently craft and drive data solutions, including discussions around business KPIs and reporting
• Direct and lead the creation of visualizations and dashboards to illustrate business trends and patterns
• Build and enforce common design patterns to enhance report reusability and standardization

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience with increasing complexity of work
• 5+ years of experience in building reporting and dashboarding solutions using tools like Tableau or PowerBI
• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering
• 2+ years of experience with data modeling tools such as dbt or Coalesce
• Expertise in at least one DBMS platform like Snowflake, Redshift, or PostgreSQL
