Staff Brand Designer

Job Summary

Leading a small team of designers, the full-time remote Staff Brand Designer will manage the design of public-facing editorial properties, create impactful infographics, and oversee internal programs and events while maintaining high creative standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Own design for public-facing editorial properties and evolve the design system
• Design infographics and shareable graphics for executive channels
• Lead design for internal programs and events, ensuring high craft and coordination

Required qualifications:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and experience in multi-surface brand work
• Deep fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Proven experience with data visualization and evolving design systems
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools in the creative process
• Track record of leading design projects end-to-end from brief to delivery
