Staff Brand Designer

Job Summary

As the senior in-house craft leader for Docker's brand, the full-time Staff Brand Designer will manage the visual system across all marketing surfaces, own the design of docker.com, and lead the marketing design system while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Steward Docker's visual system and ensure consistent brand representation across marketing and product surfaces
• Own the end-to-end design of docker.com, including information architecture and visual treatment for both desktop and mobile
• Lead the marketing design system in Figma, collaborating with product design to maintain brand coherence across all developer touchpoints

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of design experience in brand, visual, and web, preferably for SaaS or developer tools
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, illustration, web design, and motion work
• Experience collaborating with external creative partners and evaluating deliverables as a senior designer
• Demonstrated fluency with generative AI in creative workflows and the ability to articulate its application in design
