Job Summary

Staff Business Solutions Engineer is a full-time remote position responsible for leading business enablement through technical skills and SaaS technologies, focusing on AI integration to enhance productivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner by aligning business groups with technology capabilities and priorities
• Lead business requirements gathering and analyze processes, incorporating AI solutions as applicable
• Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into technical designs and support system configuration

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience with SaaS technologies
• Proven ability to establish effective business partnerships
• Experience in managing customer relationships and gathering business requirements
• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in collaboration tools
• Working knowledge of Jira Cloud and familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack and Asana
